WHAT SETS US APART
With LOVB
As part of League One Volleyball, we support and develop players at the club level to launch and develop American professional teams.
Coach Training
LOVB's Coach of Coaches, Jenny McDowell and Courtney Thompson, will lead coaches through LOVB's training program taking Skyline BCS to the next level.
Elite Athlete Training
We teach the fundamental training techniques developed by Houston Skyline, the #1 Club in the Lone Star Region, as well as use resources made available by LOVB.
Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning is available through Elevate to improve athlete's strength, power, speed, agility, and flexibility.
Recruiting
Complete college recruiting support featuring National Director, Lauren Hansen. Recruiting services include workshops, an online database, player profile page, and online media and video page.
Full Time Admin
Full time staff dedicated to serving all aspects and athletes of Skyline BCS from the beginner to pro.
Glenna comes to LOVB with extensive experience as a college coach and most recently as a recruiting coordinator for the past 7 seasons at @carolinauvc (CUVC) in Charlotte, NC. Glenna believes each student-athletes’ journey and needs are unique to them and strives to partner on their journey alongside our club recruiting coordinators. She has been a national presenter and contributor on recruiting at all levels for the @avcavolleyball and many other organizations.

11s - 18s
The National Program requires athletes to tryout for team placement. These athletes are elite athletes looking for high level training and to compete at the national level. These teams travel in state as well as out of state. Many National athletes aspire to play in college.

REGIONAL
11s - 18s
The Regional Program requires athletes to tryout for team placement. These athletes are advanced and looking to compete at the regional level. These teams travel in state. These athletes are looking to excel at the middle school and high school level. Some aspire to play in college.

The Select Program requires athletes to tryout for team placement. These athletes are developing their skills and are looking to grow their volleyball IQ. Many athletes participate in other activities, but have a passion for volleyball and want to play in competitive tournaments. Many of these athletes are preparing for their school teams
